Shein terrible service

I am absolutely outraged by the poor and terrible service I have recieved regarding tracking number BUFZA***YQ, Shein has promised that the parcel will be delivered between the 1st and the 4th of April and I have called and communicated with them multiple times letting them know that I will be traveling overseas and I need the parcel under any circumstances it is now the 5th and they are no longer taking my calls or providing any feedback I cannot believe they have service like this it is absolutely terrible I don't recommend anyone to buy from them
