Shein stole my money!!

I am highly disappointed in Shein I ordered my brides**** dresses in June 2024 I received the package and the dress cut was way too small. I logged a return the dresses got picked up and on 24 August 2024 the return was closed! I haven’t received a refund! I tried to send a mail last year no response, I tried to call the customer service line it doesn’t work! I tried to log a complaint on the Shein app no response! In October I got a big operation so I wasn’t with my phone. My sister in law assisted me to get a ticket to report my terrible customer care! And they responded with “I reached the time limit with the order they can’t assist with my refund!” They owe me more than R2000! I am highly disappointed! I would not AT ALL recommend Shein!!!! They got the dresses back and they refuse to pay back my money!
