SHEIN ****MED ME !! Double charged me for an order that was not accepted

I’m very upset with SHEIN as I have had the worst first time experience. I tried to pay for my order and there was a system error , however my payment was duplicated . I was charged twice , money went out of my account but on SHEIN side I never paid for my order . I have been trying to sort out this mess for a week now and their response time is horrible. I want my money back !!!
