SHEIN refuses to refund me after receiving a package with no wig and damaged products

I am writing this with a broken heart. I bought a wig from Shein along with other items. When I received the package the wig packaging was there but the wig was not there. I also received some earrings that have a pair with two earrings that are not the same, I also received earbuds that do not function at all. I sent them messages with evidence to complain about the products but they do not want to refund me I'm angry right now.
