SHEIN| Refund not reflecting after two months

Placed an order in July, order got delayed, I received a weird email with the subject "Delivery Abnormal Notification" was advised to follow up with Aramex (also got the worse correspondence from them. After following Aramex for a month, I got a notification that I would be given a refund which would reflect within 7-14 working days. Two months later a refund still does not even reflect in my credit card. Shein kept on saying I must follow up with my issuing bank, how when the money is undetected. Got the worst experience.
