SHEIN REFUND MY ORDER

I had a bad experience with shein on my first ever order with them i ordered a few items from them but received none, instead they sent me a wrong package that had a pair of red heels which i didn't order. I contacted them on Twitter and Instagram they were not helpful at all they basically called me a lier even thought I sent them all the proof I had. We scheduled a return then the courier only alerted me that they gonna come via text but they never came or contacted me but I called them to find out nobody knew anything so I recently contacted shein and they're also ignoring me on Instagram I think it's because I have small account so they think im just gonna leave this matter and let go my money no!!! Shein is the worst ever store out there i just want my refund and I'll be out of their breath My order number is GSHNL939900MFEL its not my fault they mixed orders. Shein please do something it's been months now.
