SHEIN REFUND HORROR

I tried to place and order on the app and also made a payment via Capitec pay ,the payment went through and the order was till stuck on orders not paid , it gave me an option to cancel the order and I did I then contacted them on twitter i was told 5 business days 5 days came I followed up I was told 15 days now 15days came and I follow up I’m being told 7days! I sent the bank statement with proof of payment R680 is a lot and I need it!! Can I just get my money back already
