SHEIN REFUND

I made a purchase with Shein on the 15th of September 2024, and received my stock. However, this amount was only deducted in Feb 2025 for R8 221.00

I have sent back stock and had a refund processed on the 02nd October 2024 and I have still not received the refund in my account.

Shein has provided a Refund receipt (attached) from EBANX, which shows the refund is successfully processed. However, no refund reflected - Shein states that there is nothing further they can do on their side and I should contact EBANX directly. Till date I have recieved no response from EBANX and my refund has still now reflected.
