SHEIN REFUND

Placed an order on the 23rd August 2024 .On the 06th of September on my SHEIN online app it says that abnormal closed due to *******.The was no communication or whatsoever even on my email address.12th September 2024 I’ve requested for a refund since well I was not able to receive my order and no communication was made.Completed everything that I have to complete for a refund but till today haven’t got my refund or even a response regarding that.I literally don’t know it’s that how they deal with customers because as much as it was simple for them to take money when I was placing an order it should be also simple to receive it back as I have requested for a refund. SHEIN really did fail me this 😡😡
