SHEIN refund

I ordered my clothes on the 8th of December and my order was expected to have arrived on the 29/30 of December. But we all know that it usually delivers in about 2 weeks so I didn’t worry about that. Two weeks pass so I wait for the estimated date assuming that since it’s festive season they might take long to arrive. The estimated date passes and still my parcel was no where to be found. Buffalo logistics was no help at all so I contact SHEIN directly. They recommend that I request for a refund and so I do. I’m told it’ll take 2-14 working days to reflect into my account but if it doesn’t I should contact my bank. 14 horrible days later still no money in my back account. I contact my bank to query about this and I’m told there was no money sent into my account, basically saying they don’t know what I’m talking about. So then I go back to SHEIN to ask about this and confirm if the refund was actually done and I explained everything I was told by my bank. And suddenly I am getting no response from them, I have emailed about 2 times in 2 different occasions and I haven’t gotten a response from both emails. I honestly just want my money back!
