Shein product not received

My Order was first detained due to paperwork and tax. then i supp**** the paperwork and paid the tax. now they say abnormal package requesting feedback. now my package has been destroyed. Shein does not respond to emails nor do they respond to any queries that is made. This online store cannot be trusted becareful
