Shein poor service and *******

I am very upset and angry. Shein deducted money from my account but canceled my order. I am now at a battle to get my money back between Shein and my bank. Very disgusted and the customer service is terrible, they just refuse to send my order saying the money wasn't sent to them but the bank says it was. It's a nightmare.
