Shein package

I have not received my package, however the tracking status says it was delivered and signed for by “Polite.” I do not know this person and I did not authorise anyone to receive my parcel on my behalf. This package is urgent and I need assistance immediately. Please investigate this matter and provide proof of delivery, including the delivery address and signature received.
