Shein order with buffalo

I made an online order from shein which was transported through buffalo, I was updated my order will arrive on the 15th which I did not get my order ,shein updated that ky address is wrong while buffalo says my things were with the wrong driver according to the lady on the call centre she told the my order will sure case come on the 16th coz it has been already give to a new driver when I track with buffalo from yesterday it only says that it has been dispatched from yesterday till now .I'm stressed
