Shein order that has not been delivered

I ordered clothes worth R1400 on shein online late November 2021. I paid the custom duty for R128 on the 4th of December 2021. Up to now I haven't received my package nor gotten any message regarding delivery date. I tried to log onto the website but they keep saying my credentials are wrong even though I know they are correct. Tried to change my password but to no avail. Please help.
