Shein order stuck on Duties paid

Why is my order not asigned to Buffalo... I cannot with poor service delivery eith imili ! My order is stuck on VAT and Duty paid since Monday ? Today is Thursday and I am expecting this delivery for Christmas which is on Wednesday? At the rate you are going ill recieve my package NEVER ? Reports of ****** shipments and non deliveries .. please can I get assistance?
