Shein order not received

I placed an order on Shein to the value of R1400.00 after placing order my account was debited and I then received a payment link from the logistics company which they use. The link expired and I could not make the payment successfully. I tried to get the items returned but got a notification saying no returns allowed I emailed Shein telling them what had happened and got a reply saying I need to pay the logistics company or my package will be destroyed. I feel that shein should have done more to try and assist me as they have a relationship with the logistics company also they should then just refund me if I'm not going to receive my package
