Shein order

I have placed an order on Shein over two weeks ago and the estimated delivery time was 10-13 days ,my order has still not arrived.The tracking status keeps updating but is stuck before the delivery stage and there is no clear indication of when it will be delivered. I ordered these items specifically for a very important presentation on Friday and now I am panicking because I have no idea whether the order will make it on time.
