Shein online store waiting on package

I have order on the 25th of May 2023 and not yet received my package it seems there are a delay but i have never experienced that there are any problems with them. My order no: GSHNYL51700MBSQ if i mail them there just comes back an answer in chinese/japenese i dont understand
