Shein online Store *****ing customers money

My wife ordered stuff from Shein over month ago and the stuff still has not been delivered as yet.the clothes she ordered was for a function this Saturday and now she needs to go out and spend more money on another outfit.Shein was contacted by email . they refuse to contact their logistics company and push them to deliver the stuff before saturday.i also contacted Buffalo logistics,the company chosen by Shein to do their deliveries.they do not want to help,they have a damn care attitute.I will be contacting the consumer council and thereafter my private lawyer, if we dont not receive and parcel before Saturday.
