Shein online store ****med me

Good Day I placed an order on shein online store and my delivery date estimated 02 Jan 2022- 05 Jan 2022, on these days I waited for the delivery nothing came through. I tried to contact to contact the courier services to find out what's the delivery both contact don't go through. No communication from them about the delay of my order. I am helpless I don't know what else to do. My order is worth R1359 I took that money from my savings trying to make some money out it and I was ****med. Please help me get my money back.
