Hi, I don't care wether you'll decide to respond or not I just want you guys to know I will be using the very last drop of my energy and money to spread the word in South Africa for people not to use this company anymore , it's not the first time, today I have made an order with shein order number : GSHN6E***GB

My parcel had been split into two parts , let's start with the first , I specifically ordered two large pants LARGE and two SMALLS were sent , not even mediums, small , instead of contacting me and saying there's no stock you guys sent two small pants just to push the order through, which I had to return at my expense and my time which I've already waited two weeks for. I pray to God I get that refund.

Secondly:

As for package number two, a jacket I ordered got stuck in customs, which I've had to pay extra for sheins buffalo logistics, which I don't understand why I need to pay customs, yet even tho I did,my jacket was randomly chosen by customs and I will only receive it after weeks as stated by buffalo logistics? I have messages and screen shots of what they told me ,And that's fine , it's the disrespect from shein for awarding me with 100 points = less than a dollar , for both their mistakes ? This is undoubtedly unbelievable and the last time you will hear from me and a lot of people in South Africa .
