Shein online store

I have placed an order with shein on 09 Apr 2021 and to this day not received my parcel which is quite costly. I cannot get hold of that company at all! So i've tracked down the courier company called Buffalo International Logistics. I've sent them various E-mails and their standard answer is: "We’re currently experiencing an extremely high volume of requests. We’re incredibly happy that so many people are turning to the convenience of online shopping in the current situation. However, this also means that you will experience a significant delay in response times from our team. Rest assured that we’re doing our best to respond to each and every person." At last, it shows the parcel was delivered, but definitely not to me.
