Shein online store

I made an online order from shein on the 14th of July which was supposed to be transported by Buffalo logistics today but I didn't get any parcel or any call saying I must collect my parcel, they only sent an email saying that my parcel is lost due to insufficient address and phone number😭😭I'm so worried, I need that parcel because I've paid for it.
