Shein online store

I have ordered from shein online store and I was expecting free delivery since I have ordered goods cost R1050+ and was told is free delivery. But now I receive calls and messages from Buffalo telling me to pay R710 for tax of which it was not mentioned before i order. And I have ordered from shein before everything was perfect i did not pay that tax they are telling me now from Aramex. It was quick but now I am very disappointed. I am not gonna pay that amount its either they refund me or they deliver via Aramex.
