SHEIN ONLINE IS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

If I could give a minus star, I'd certainly would. I placed two orders in September 2023. The parcels was delivered at a mailbox in Pietermaritzburg, KZN, whilst my delivery address is in Pretoria, Gauteng. After each of my seven emails, they still sent me the same tracking number indicating the delivery at a mailbox in Pietermaritzburg. What more must I do? Apparently they cannot deliver on their promises or fail to read, comprehend, follow up and rectify. What about a refund SHEIN?
