I have ordered to parcels from Shein and paid for it, so they alerted me that the parcel's tax needs to be paid which I did then the other parcel I did not. The sencond parcel they did not refund my money and no one will get in touch with me saying that this is the situation so I need someone to confirm are you taking our money and if we do not pay the tax we do not get a refund the money just belongs to you? Pathetic
