SHEIN ***** missing items

I ordered from SHEIN on the 1st of September and on the 10th of September I received my package through buffalo logistics company! From the 17 items that I ordered, I only received 15 items. I tried reaching out to them regarding this matter but they simply not doing anything about this situation! I want my money back if they can’t resend my missing items to me.
