I have ordered and paid 22 items from shein. They send a confirmation of the payment. Months later I asked about the items. They said it was delivered in cape town at the adress I gave. I explained I have never lived in cape town,nor do i know any adress or people there. I only get empty promises from them. No help is given. And they dont want to refund my money.

03 Jan 2024, 08:14After posting on several platforms about shein's bad service,they finally responded after 17 emails and sent me a new tracking number. It has been 4 months since I paid my items. The new tracking number also cannot be tracked. They refuse to give me a refund. Mot even credit. No positive action from shein. I definitely will not recommend them. Its not worth all the effort. Many of the items were christmas presents and I had to buy new ones. I am stunned that they get away with this
