Shein knocks Amazon out of the playing field

Purchase was easy and very well explained. The communication was fantastic, every step of the way from both Shein and their courier company. Order arrived early within 8 business days. The only reason I have taken a star off is that order wasn't very well packaged, the bag that all my items were in arrived with a hole ripped on one side, nothing was missing although one item was damaged as there was no padding within the bag.

Streets ahead of Amazon who are shockingly bad and Customer Service are useless. I will be using Shein going forward
