Shein is unaffordable

I understand the quality of the goods aren’t of the highest standard especially when you take the price into consideration. My main issue is when the goods arrive you are slapped with unreasonable amounts for the import cost, VAT, duties ect. Which then makes the purchase unaffordable and unreasonable for the quality. On top of that the amount charged for you to receive your good doesn’t seem to be regulated. Every order i have placed or close friends & family have been charged different amount for the import with orders similar in weight, content and value sometimes even higher than the value of the goods ordered. Shein is just wish with a new name.
