Shein is soo selfish

This year I had a very bad experience with shein. I did not receive my package but on their system it says my package was successfully delivered. I told them to conduct investigations, after conducting the investigations they came back with proof that the package was received by someone but that person was not me. I told them that the person who received the package is not me. They said that I should contact the logistics company knowing very well that buffalo will never respond. I have been telling them that buffalo does not respond to emails and calls. They told me that since the status says successfully delivered on their side they will not help. Meaning that they don't care weather I am the one who received the order or not, as long as their system says successfully delivered they dont care. It means I must just accept loosing my money just like that. They are willing to turnish their brand just for R874.
