SHEIN IS NOT RELIABLE

I made an order on 15th December 2023 and still until I have not received it. I sent many emails enquiries and keep saying will try to resolve which still nothing. I have asked for refund but keep saying they will resolve but still NOTHING has been resolve. ITS VERY FRUSTRATED. It is very bad service.
