SHEIN is ****med with its couriers

I placed my order on the 24 of January , it was supposed to be delivered on the 04th of Feb if not , all days between the 04th till 12th of Feb. It haven’t arrived, I tried to get refund but they said I should wait it will be delivered on the 19-02-2025 if not I can cancel it . when I wanted to cancel my order to get refund they said I have network issues ,and mind you during the day I got text messages on WhatsApp from “Flash parcels “saying my parcel is delivered (with waybill that is starting with ZA) and I should confirm if my order arrived safely. When I texted back telling them I haven’t received it they ignored me I texted again and they it’s a mistake .
