SHEIN IS BY FAR THE BEST CLOTHING SHIPPING COMPANY! 5* ROUNDS OF APPLAUDS

I have NEVER, EVER! experienced any problems with Shein, i am very happy with their service and quality and prices. Let me enlighten those that are seeing these negative reviews and may be scared or skeptical about ordering from Shein. 1. As soon as you place your order successfully so at Shein, they immediately package your things and get them ready to dispatch. 2. In less than a week/or 2 they are already in Customs here in SA. 3. As soon as you clear your customs, the delivering company collect your items. (THIS IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE GET PROBLEMS) 4. The Courier company: Might have too many orders, might mix up orders, might deliver wrong items, might have their own delays, might even be hard to reach. 5. I, myself, have had this problem before - You don't need to panic, you simply contact Shein Customer support, they will contact the courier company and try to find out what is happening! 6. They cannot refund! if they have dispatched the products for you to receive or they haven't themselves received the products back.
