Shein Is Bad

I did order here shein on 24th June. I was told my package should should be here on 9th July or 14th July. i see it said The plane arrives at the destination airport. I have phone Linex and DPD Laser and nothing. Shein dose not comment with me or anything. I get no Update either i have yet to pay my Duty Tax either.
