SHEIN IS A ****MER

I made an order from Shein on October 7th, after about 2weeks I receive and email from Buffalo stating that my order has been delivered successfully I contact buffalo about the issue they tell that they can’t help I need to contact Shein as the supplier, I then contact Shein as the supplier explaining the whole situation and they told me I’ll get a feedback after 7days they’re resolving the issue, after 8 days I contact them to say I’ve been waiting and it’s been over 7days now and they tell me they can’t help with anything I should contact the logistics company, at this point it just looks like a donated my money on Shein, what a nonsensical company!🚮
