Shein is a ****!!

Very poor... Submitted an Order on Shein on the 30th of April 2024 under a Company called Manfinity EMRG, paid in full and now I only had to wait for my package...1 Month later on the 27th of May 2024, got a notification that my package was lost.. so I requested a refund since that day.. Today is 9th of August 2024 and still haven't received my refund or even feedback regarding my package.. Shein team is very unprofessional and lack communication with customers.
