This company is a JOKE. SHEIN took my money, handed my order to Buffalo Logistics, and my package NEVER arrived. Buffalo Logistics doesn’t answer emails, doesn’t provide updates, and might as well not exist. Total ghost operation.

SHEIN’s response? Absolutely NOTHING useful. They refuse to refund me for an order I NEVER RECEIVED. That’s not a “shipping issue” that’s taking someone’s money and delivering NOTHING in return.

No accountability. No customer support. No integrity. If your package gets “lost,” congratulations. SHEIN keeps your money and shrugs. This is one of the most dishonest, frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
