SHEIN HORRIBLE DELIVERY TO SOUTH AFRICA

Poor services delivery SHEIN, I ordered on the 14th and paid my taxes on the 17th of March but my parcel hasn’t been delivered. They wrote on the tracking system that delivery was unsuccessful because of wrong contact number/ address but they never called. I called buffalo international logistics last week Monday and they said it’s because the driver didn’t finish delivering that day that I should get it by the end of the day, but I never got my order. I’ve been contacting them numerous times and I got no assistance. It’s my graduation day on Thursday and I need my parcel immediately because I have no other options. This is very disappointing, disrespectful and inconveniencing. Where the hell is my order?
