Shein - Hidden costs! Delivery fee, express delivery fee and shipping tax??

The prices is very cheap and it's clothes you will not get in SA, shop for x amount and get 20% discount and shipping is for free. I had to pay an extra R1027 for customs, tax and to my bank for making this payment. I will never buy from them again and I would advise all my SA people to NEVER BUY there as there is HIDDIN COST they dont tell you about!!
