SHEIN frustrations

I have placed an order on the 28th of October, to this day I haven’t received my order! What is happening with SHEIN ? Very poor communication channels! I have paid my tax on the 6th and they had to wait for me to email and ask what was going on with the parcel and then boom flight delay notification! I am so frustrated, imile says the problem is with SHEIN and they haven’t handed the package over to them so they do not have any information whatsoever. I am frustrated right now because you can’t even get answers anywhere
