Shein duplicate payment refund

I recently bought from shein however Iaccidently made a payment twice and it been 8days still waiting for my refund as they said it will be back in my account however its in my Shein wallet and it does not give me the option to withdraw my money ..KINDLY ASSIST I NEED MY MONEY BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT
