Shein does not care

Order no.5228 I have complained about non- delivery and non refund before! My good were ordered and paid for on 12 September-they acknowledge payment and keep making excuses for non- delivery and non refund. Also I suggested a live person call me so we can decide whether they are refunding me and when. I keep getting told that the matter is being attended to.. their last response dd26 Nov: Dear customer, I apologize for any confusion. I understand that you are waiting for a call regarding your order. I will personally look into your order with the provided information and contact you as soon as possible to discuss any further details or concerns. Thank you for your patience. Have a good week.
