Shein Distasteful Customer Service

I ordered on Shein last month and “Asendia” was the courier company allocated for my delivery. This company failed multiple times to deliver my order and I reached out to them on different days to enquire about my delivery and why my parcel wasn’t being delivered. Suddenly, they marked my parcel as “delivered” whereas I haven’t gotten it. I then reached out to Shein to get assistance with this since they charged my bank card and I still didn’t receive the order, to this day, I am still not getting any assistance from the Shein customer service department regarding this. All they basically said with the non-helpful templates they keep on sending me is “Sorry..Tough luck” I paid almost a thousand bucks for an order that I do not even have!
