Shein dishonest Company with NO integrity whatsoever.

I received a poorly sealed bag with 2 items missing from Shein. I paid insurance on this order but looks like that count for nothing. Im at wits end as one of items thats missing is a top Ive ordered for a friend and I need to refund her. At this stage Shein is not a business to support anymore, the massive amount of bad reviews/comments shows the majority of buyers is totally fed up as Shein don’t take any responsibility to supply safe delivery of orders. They took NO responsibility after orders leave their warehouse, but still give customers an option to pay for insurance and if something went wrong in transit, they just ignore the client.
