Shein - Disgusting service.

I placed my order on the 7th November and paid my taxes on the 11th November. As per my tracking I should have had the parcel by the 15th November. This morning I see the order is now only to leave China on the 28th November. This is highly frustrating as I am a regular customer. A friend of mines place the order a week later and has already received his goods.
