Shein delivery problems

I ordered on the 15 November paid customs on the 26 they are saying that they had called to deliver my parcel but no phone call was made. When I track my parcel the latest update says cause of problem no answer. I have been trying to contact speedaf for the past 3 days they are not answering my calls nor my emails or messages at this point I've had it to my wits ends with shein and their delivery problems my friend is also complaining about the same thing they seriously need to do better I need my delivery for the 7th today is the 2nd
