Shein Delivery a mess

Horrible experience with Shein a huge international company I am so dissapointed I ordered and paid for 20items R2047, Customs with Imile logistics amounted to R969.44 so in total i spent just about R3000 only to receive my parcel yesterday and 6 items i paid for were missing and Shein is now disputing that this could be them so myself and kids clothing has not been received.
