SHEIN CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

I made an order from SHEIN on 14th December 2023 and still haven't received my order. I sent email to customer service enquiry they did respond and says they are trying to located the parcel but still until today 6th February no parcel deliver nor the feedback or any communication. I asked for a refund or pack again and sent the order but still no response. I am very disappointed. HOW COULD I EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN????
